SHIPPING We ship in the United States, Canada, APO, FPO Military, and International. Rates vary based on the weight and the number of items ordered. Orders shipped within the U.S. are shipped USPS, UPS and/or FED EX. Prices may also vary for Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. For all U.S. orders please allow approximately 1-2 weeks to receive your package. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All international (outside US) are shipped through Federal Express (FedEx). We stock 100% of the non-personalized items shown on our website (not to include custom blends), however, on some occasions multiple orders for the same products maybe placed by our online customers at the same time causing us to be temporarily out of stock for that specific product/s also known as BACKORDERED. If this occurs, it may cause a slight delay with your order, and if we are unable to ship out your full order within 2 to 4 weeks, you will be notified via e-mail or by telephone of your order status and/or options. International Orders International Orders rates vary based on the weight and/or number of items ordered. Depending on local customs when shipping outside of the U.S., you may be charged additional "import custom fees*" which are collected by the shipping carrier. These fees are typically collected by the shipping carrier (These fees are NOT collected for the benefit of Kosmik Kare LLC and are not part of our shipping charges, please contact your local customs and carrier for more details). NOTE: Importers (Products ordered from Countries outside of the U.S.) are responsible for all fees which may be imposed by customs including duties, taxes and brokerage fees that may apply at the time your order is delivered. RETURN POLICY Kosmik Kare LLC appreciates your business and your satisfaction is our main concern. If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your order, just send it back and the unused portion of the order within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund (minus all applicable shipping charges). Unfortunately, there are no refunds issued on DVD orders.
